1. Booking and Payments
- Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit, as indicated on the booking page. Payment terms may vary by property and season.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to the terms specified during booking. Please review these terms carefully, as some reservations may be non-refundable.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Standard check-in time is 02:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.
- Identification and Security Deposit: Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in. A security deposit may also be collected to cover incidental damages.
3. House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we request adherence to the following rules:
- Occupancy Limits: Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may lead to additional charges or termination of stay.
- Noise and Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the property and surrounding areas. Loud noises, parties, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
- Pets: Pets are allowed on prior request subject to villa policies. Please confirm pet policies before booking.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
4. Liability and Damages
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Costs for repairs, replacement, or cleaning due to damages will be charged to the security deposit or billed after departure.
- Personal Belongings: Kahaya Homes is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.
- Limit of Liability: Kahaya Homes is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and safety.
5. Changes to Booking
In rare cases, we may need to change or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- We will make every effort to provide alternative accommodation of equal or higher quality.
- If alternative accommodation is unavailable, guests will be entitled to a full refund.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi, INDIA. Any disputes arising out of these terms or the rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes have been posted signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
