Cancellation Policy

What you need to know...

At Kahaya Homes, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy provides flexibility while ensuring we can manage our villa availability effectively. Please review the terms below for details on cancellations and refunds.

      1. Security Deposit:
        A fully refundable security deposit of ₹7,000 will be collected at check-in for unforeseen damages.
      2. Payment Terms:
        Advance Payment:
        – 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation for bookings made more than 15 days in advance.
        – For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, 100% advance payment is required..
        – All balances (where applicable) must be settled 14 days before check-in to reconfirm your stay.
        Balance Payment:
        – The remaining 50% balance (for bookings confirmed with a 50% advance) must be paid at least 14 days before check-in.
      3. Cancellation Policy:
        More than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
        Between 14 and 30 days before check-in: 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.
        Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund will be applicable.
      4. How to Cancel
        To cancel a reservation, please get in touch with us at +91 99109 85556 or kahayahomes@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to ensure proper processing.
      5. Refund Process
        – Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
        – Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
      6. Date Change
        Date changes may be considered on a case-to-case basis, subject to availability and rate differences.
      7. Exceptional Circumstances
        In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we may consider exceptions to the standard cancellation terms. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
      8. Modification of Booking
        Date changes or rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations if not made within the above-specified periods. Please contact our team for assistance with any modifications.
