We had an absolutely lovely time. We came with our family, we enjoyed the place, we enjoyed the rooms, and the staff took very good care of us. The food was outstanding. You must try the bonfire and the barbecue. The tikkas, the paneer, everything was fantastic and one of the meals, you must try the Kumaoni, like the local food, the daal and the bhang ki chutney, out of the world.
The location is also excellent. You’re just minutes away from Bhimtal, so you can go, experience the lake, go for some kayaking and canoeing, and you can even go for a trek, which is nearby, with absolutely excellent views.
Also, Abhishak, Kiran and Dev, thank you so much, they’re the best staff. They helped us with everything and they’re the best chefs we’ve ever come across. Thank you.

An absolutely fabulous villa with impeccable aesthetics and a brilliant vibe. The space is filled with natural light, vibrant colors, and an atmosphere that instantly uplifts. A special shoutout to Manoj ji for his phenomenal culinary skills — from pahadi momos and tikkas to biryani, poha, bread rolls, and parathas, every dish was a delight. Truly a golden touch!
The villa’s welcome book is packed with spot-on recommendations for exploring the area. Manoj ji and his team also went the extra mile, organizing a picturesque lakeside picnic that was simply unforgettable. An experience to cherish!

Hello, so we’re here at Kahaya Homes and it has been so good right from the welcome, super impressive with the property and the design. It’s very clean, it’s very nice. The housekeeping service, the staff here has been very wonderful.
Yeah, nicely kept. The menu was nice, we got a very personalized service. We added a barbecue at the last minute and they went beyond and got that for us. So thank you very much, food was excellent too.
We love the barbecue, amazing. I think even the setup and the presentation are so good. So, very impressive. I’d love to come here and of course, it’s got a gorgeous view and so, so comfortable taking a massage upstairs in the morning. It’s a beautiful view, so very nice, thank you.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Villa Sahana by Kahaya Homes in Bhimtal. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The villa was clean, neat, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat in the hills.
We were warmly welcomed by Manoj and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.
Surrounded by the beautiful hills of Bhimtal, the location was scenic and serene. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Kahaya Homes to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the hills.

The rooms were absolutely spic and span and clean. and the service was breathtaking. It was the view, I think, which is just amazing. I mean, we woke up and then we saw these lush green trees and the lake or the river, so it has been extremely, extremely nice. Our stay has been very, very pleasant. The food was amazing and yeah, we loved it. Had a good time. We want to come back here again. Definitely recommend the home.
