A luxury property management company- Kahaya, escaping the norms of a traditional brand, focuses on providing good hospitality, food and
experience. We believe that it is a given and is the minimum expectation when selecting a property for your vacation.

Kahaya, means light, which translates to warmth: warmth of embracing “Atithi Devo Bhava” meaning “Guest is God”. That’s precisely how our guests feel when they step into our villas.

Throughout their stay, our staff shows the guest the finest care and swift attention to details. Our aim is to provide a few days of escape to our guests from their everyday hustle.

Who is your Host?

Captain Aanya Jain, the driving force behind Kahaya, started her
journey as a commercial pilot with a passion for exploring offbeat destinations and local experiences.

From camping in forests to cycling from Seattle to San Francisco, she’s done it all. She even braved frozen lakes and sub-zero temperatures driving to Leh and Spiti. She initially dreamt of becoming a chef, but life had other plans, steering her towards the mechanics of an airplane. She finally took a leap of faith to fully commit to traveling and learning the tricks of providing unforgettable hospitality, and she resigned as a commercial pilot to start her venture- Kahaya. She spent time exploring various airbnbs, vacation homes, rentals and restaurants to enrich her knowledge and interned at a property management company to
learn the trade. A spiritual soul with an adrenaline junkie side when it comes to adventure, she is always open to learning something new through conversations and experiences.

And in this exploration, traveling remains her best teacher. It’s broadened her horizons in all aspects of life, from food to good interiors to local cultural experiences.
