1. Cancellation Terms
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 25% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 25% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
2. How to Cancel

3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we may consider exceptions to the standard cancellation terms. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
5. Modification of Booking
